  1. This shit is impossible to follow without looking the poses are great but I never did most the variations so I find these videos very frustrating and I just do my own exercises

  2. I have praticed yoga for over 10 years. I would say intermediate level of yoga i can do with some modifications but this was beyond my capabilities. This was an expert level and had little explanation or alternative modifications. This should say in the title expert level. Maybe someday i can do this…

  3. I think see is a runner..
    On the side of her regular yoga practice.. she also have the genes due to her ethnicity…
    The body start burning fat after 20 min matter if the pace is slow..
    So many yoga teachers are not honest.. business as usual..
