  4. This really work wonder guys! Whoever had constipation should do this. Last day I've had a very bad constipation accompanied with super bloated tummy, all gassy, i feel so weak and tired. In the morning, as soon as I wake up i get a warm water to drink and wantes to try some yoga to ease my stomach. Fortunately i found this video, and tried it right away. I can feel the urge to poop as asoon as i did the first step. I holding it until the halanas and ran straight away to the toilet. This is so magical. I'm so blessed to found this video. Thank you so much

  5. I dont believe Yoga is very effective . REGULAR PHYSICAL excercise are the best . Yoga is too slow and time consuming. Like watching movie in slow motion. Frequent physiotherapy is much more physical and impacting. Yoga is meditation but not the way. I think Praying 5 x a day like Islamic people is also very effective as you do all the blood circulating excercise in one sitting.
    Yoga may help those who badly need this but I recommend physiotherapy with yoga not just yoga this is far too slow
