  1. Guys i did it today for first time and i also monitored it with my watch. So this entire session loses around 400 cal. On my watch it showed 430 cal. But it depends a lot on your body. So the range could be 350-450. Watches can't be completely accurate but it does burn lot of calories so don't stop doing it. I feel fresh and good after doing it. I will see results after 10 days
