  1. new sub! excellent class – thank you! I think I may have sciatic or piraformas..I love that this class took extra time on the stretches! I did all of the with no pain or discomfort..I have been doing yoga for decades so I am familiar with all the poses..I will continue with this class and your others! very happy

  2. Love this ❤ Are you guys in Bali around April? Would like to invite you to the Slow Food and Yoga Festival, more info @slow_secrets 🪄 Let’s gather in Gili Air island 🏝️ in the name of wellness 🙏🏻 for charity ❤

  3. i absolutely love yoga, but i got one word for you all: magnesium. i suffered with sciatica for decades, either leg. then i learned about magnesium supplements. 500mg/day and after about a month – it's totally gone. and has been for some time. (wish it would do better with my neuropathy…) yoga rocks!

  4. Great for those who are already very flexible. Also the deep lunges are very painful if you already have sciatic pain running down the backs of your legs. Personally, need a gentler practice.
