  1. I've been using this video every morning for about 2-3 weeks and it's helped heal my lower back pain I've been suffering with. The low-back damage came from improper weightlifting and I had enough of the pain. Chiropractor work has helped a lot but not completely, this video has been the trick. I did try other back pain yoga videos but ultimately came back to this one to help with my back. I now use this as a weekly maintenance practice to ensure I'm still feeling better in my lower back. Thank you for this video!

  2. I feel like this is the best yoga routine I’ve ever done. I’m a power lifter, but I’ve been going back to school and hitting my workouts in the early am. It got to be a bit much to hit heavy at 3:30 am every single day, so I started doing yoga at 5 am in between each weight training day. This has been an amazing intercession. Thank you!

  4. UNDERDO IF YOU'RE A BEGINNER IN BACK PAIN: This is a repetition of sequences for strengthening & flex'g backs (cat/cow, downward dog, forward fold, cobra, lunge, child's pose, repeat). It's good stuff but if you're hurting to start with like I was today, this may or may not give you relief. You may want to do restorative yoga, feldenkrais ATM or another yoga vid.
