  1. Wow! This was an amazing session. A life saviour!

May I please know that are hip opening yogas like full butterfly and malasana safe in the first trimester? I see different opinions on that.

  2. I was looking for something new in my workouts and I had to scroll a while to find this one but I like it better than what I’ve been doing for prenatal stretches!
Thank you for leaving out the music and for the tips and advice all along the way
Looking forward to trying more videos in the series

  3. Thank you so much for this! This is the best prenatal yoga class that I’ve found on YouTube! Everything else seems to be a combination of strength training and a couple of yoga moves at most. Enjoyed this very much and will continue doing it during my entire pregnancy!

  4. 5 months pregnant now. I loved yoga before I got pregnant, but after that I struggled to find any yoga video that I enjoyed doing, they just were not for me. It is really refreshing to do this one now, your voice and whole attitude feels very natural and authentic to me, so I can relax into it. Also the set itself seems to relieve for real my lower back pain that I've been having since the very beginning of the pregnancy. It's sooo good to stretch out and also build a bit of strength, this is the perfect quality and quantity of exercise for me, and tuning into the breath helps me center and feel better about everything. Many thanks and well wishes to you.

  5. it's refreshing to see a really pregnant yoga teacher, i guess I also needed some understanding. I've been feeling very incapable or unhealthy or insufficient lately trying to do yoga classes, and this was awesome for my backpain. super comforting, the right amount of demanding but caring. Subscribed!

  6. You have no idea how greatful I''m for finally finding a yoga prenatal routine that actually calms me down and gives me a good stretch. I enjoy the moments of silence and the down to hearth small talk about the baby. I will be subscribing to your page! Can i ask you where did you do your YTT? thank you

  7. Back feels much better. 17 weeks, and back pains, sciatica and general aches and pains are really getting to me.. and in general feeling uncomfortable… This really helped soothe my back. And at one point I actually thought wow my body can still do this
