    p.s. I often seem to come back to this video, because there are not a lot more of this length, combining yoga and pilates. Those are my favourite. Maybe you’ll consider making more of those.

  2. Im a gymnast ( I retired like a year ago but I had been into gymnastics for 6 years) and this has given me a good wotkout after retiring. 😀 But this a good one and I loved it and I failed in some things, but I didnt give up and tried again!

  4. Oh wow, this was amazing. My glutes and legs really burned, especially during the lunges/warrior series, and my abs really burned at the end and were super engaged throughout the entire workout. THANK YOU!
