  1. For the years, I never had workout anymore. But at some point, my body shouting out loud that they need workout again. And I started with this yoga since I don't want to start with jumping etc. I found myself that really enjoy to do this yoga 💃 So thank you for really helpful this yoga video 🤩

  3. No words spoken, music is nice but it’s hard to follow especially if you cant look at the screen and the blip for what’s coming next is to short but allows you to get in position for the next move or figure out what it is. After doing this many times I can see just knowing the routie.
    Don’t expect to do this the first time and get a good workout. Jist learn it first .

  4. It was much harder than i thought 😅 i was struggling to keep balance most of the time. Still, it was very nice to move my body, your vibe and your place are very calming, thanks for this great workout! I will keep following your classes, that was very cool. I handt been able to exercise cause of anxiety problems but this helped me do something nice, calming and great for my body, thank you!

  5. I calmly broke a sweat! As crazy as it sounds… I don't sweat much, but this had me dripping with sweat, and I was fully capable (and able) to do this complete workout! Burned 232 cals… not bad for 30min yoga… i'm impressed!
