  2. Charlie, thank you so much for your videos! They really allow me to challenge myself at my own pace in my practice. I was wondering, though, why you have your knee go past your ankle in the low lunge? I was told by my first instructor (in person) to never let that happen because it could cause knee problems? Just curious 🙂

  3. The quad stretch is insane. As a cyclist, I have large and sore quads, so I struggled with the stretch you showed in this sequence, but it was for the better. The quad stretches I normally do are far from being as intense. I'm gonna keep this new trick in my practice 🙏
