  1. Throughout my adult life I've done a lot of exercise. I've trained Muay Thai a lot in the UK but also been out to Thailand for a few training camps. I can run long distances no problem. But Yoga makes me feel like I've never exercised before. I go from a healthy, agile man to feeling like a plank of wood shaking and trembling through the poses.
