THIS WAS PERFECT❤❤❤ I have not done ANY form of stretching in YEARS but I have been lifting in the gym the past few months and DESPERATELY need to work on my flexibility and THIS WAS A PERFECT BEGINNERS YOGA ❤❤❤
Omg just tried to do this and made it about eight minutes before I stopped. I will try to do it every day until it becomes easy
As a soccer player, yoga and meditation really helped. I felt relaxed after this and meditating everyday before bed for an hour or so really helped

Throughout my adult life I've done a lot of exercise. I've trained Muay Thai a lot in the UK but also been out to Thailand for a few training camps. I can run long distances no problem. But Yoga makes me feel like I've never exercised before. I go from a healthy, agile man to feeling like a plank of wood shaking and trembling through the poses.
