  1. Was suffering from lower back pain from 10-15 days… Avoided going to doc, and, started looking for solutions… 1st day 60% pain gone, over 3 days 80℅ gone…sometimes yoga is more effective than the short cut of seeking medical help 😊😊😊

  2. Recently acute backpain started and unable to sleep and move due to pain.
    Tried your this yoga session 2 times a day. Today i have no pain at all.

    Thought i should put a comment as i think many of my age have this issue. Thanks a lot.

  3. I am adding my comment after practicing these exercises on daily basis for more thaan 5 months . All exercises really works, as i am student who studies for 10 hours to 15 hour per day by sitting. I appreciate your efforts ❤️thank you. Jai shreee ram
