  2. Hi, Sarah Beth! I want to say thank you so much for all of these videos you make! I am a yoga beginner and I have found so much calmness and peace while practicing these videos and just listening to the sound of your voice and the way you guide us through it. I have been dealing with a lot of overthinking issues, from a pain in the chest due to anxiety and overall just feeling really sad for a long time, and while I did this practice I noticed how my mind calmed down and how the chest pain almost went away. I am going to make this my daily practice as much as I can, but just thanks for everything. We must understand that we are warriors and the strongest living creatures on a planet – once you awaken the force inside you, then things at least become bearable and easier to manage and live with. It's a long process, but you must start somewhere, right? Anyway, to anyone struggling, I have you in my mind and heart. You will be okay.

  3. I've done this practice many times now, and every time I find myself crying in the last shavasana. Somehow this practice takes me out of my anxiety to the most joyous moments of my life. I can't help but feel a deep love for myself. I don't think I've experienced emotions like this in years. Truly grateful for this practice. It is a gift ❤
