Enjoy this simple seated yoga flow, great for any beginner and soothing for those experiencing any low back pain. This full body practice is slow and gentle allowing you to really relish in each pose to gain all of the benefits it has to offer. #yoga #lowbackpain #fullbodyyoga

If you are uncomfortable sitting on the floor, do this practice in BED! you will feel nicely supported and may find more comfort/ease of movement in these postures. Alternatively, you have the option to place a block or folded up towel under you.

YOU WILL NEED: 1 BLOCK. I also recommend doing this in bed if you feel you need more support.

Grab your coffee, tea or coco water and meet me on the mat!

Be sure to let me know how it went for you in the comments!

  1. This is an old video, but I’m so glad I found it! I never comment on YouTube, but some of the ways you accessed and explained poses had them more effective for me than the previous 15 years of yoga practice. Thank you!

  2. so glad I found your channel! I'm recovering from a foot fracture and I've tried a few seated classes that have a lot of foot stretches which I have to skip. This is truly seated and foot free except the one baby wild thing pose. Your instruction is really great!

  3. This was just perfect to help to get me gently moving again after a long time of immobility and losing motivation due to a complicated lower leg injury. I know that to stay moving is really important and this helped me to feel that I could do something again ❤
