I've found Adriene's videos one of the best yoga practices on youtube. It has really helped me a lot. However, I wish there were some silence time in the practice and less speaking some times 🙂

I've been trying to get in shape and fix my relationship with my body. Yoga has been the one thing I've been able to have consistent motivation and time to do. Thank you for posting this video, it helps me achieve my goals in the comfort of my home. Practicing yoga, particularly something a little more strength-focused like this, has made a significant difference in my mental health and wellbeing in just one month. This was challenging for me, but i am so proud of myself for showing up and getting through it… i listened to my body and had to stop a couple times and take a few breaths in child’s pose. I feel amazing. We are so strong ❤

Did this one while battling shingles, low immunity, and little sleep. I had to modify some of the poses to keep up, but I'm so pleased that I stuck to it. I've been practicing for over 4 years every day and after practicing with you in Toronto, I felt even more motivated to keep up with some of the harder practices on your channel.
