20 Minute Full Body Yoga Stretch for Flexibility (no more low back pain!) | Fightmaster Yoga Videos Is an all-levels Vinyasa Flow class. Enjoy this class in the morning or anytime of day. If you do a lot of sitting for work or if you drive a lot, put this class in your regular rotation. Sitting causes the hip flexor muscles to shorten and many people experience the lower back over-arching (moving the pelvis into an anterior tilt) which causes lower back pain. Practice this yoga video regularly to relieve pain from sitting. Thanks to Jess Lancaster for requesting this class. Thank you for telling your friends about me!!! Spreading the word to people you know is the very best compliment.

  1. So sad to hear about Leslie's passing. She has always been my favorite yoga teacher. She meets you right where you are. I am thankful to the Fightmaster Yoga group for keeping these available. This was a wonderful practice for me today.

  2. I don't know how you get your hands so high in humble warrior with your hands behind your back, I can barley get them away from my lower back. And when you have your leg out to fold over it, I'm still sitting like completely straight up. Hoping one day I'll be more flexible if I continue doing yoga everyday.

  3. This was torture. Haha That I needed. 3 months on the road almost no yoga or working out. I’m in the “digging deep” mode to get back. Frustrating but trying to keep the one day at a time attitude

  4. Hey Lesley, I have been watching your yoga videos for 4 years now – If I can give you a recommendation could you please reduce your marketing communication at the beginning and at the end please? It gives the user the feeling of watching a half commercial and the user cannot entirely unwind during the practice then. Just a suggestion! Have a wonderful day and stay healthy 🙂

  5. Do you want to enable Dynamic Stretching to your body organ especially in muscle? Then Just go here [Check Details Here==>https://www.facebook.com/Unlock-Your-Hip-Flexors-1724160277885885/app/208195102528120 ]. This is where you are activating the muscle around a joint and moving that joint through its full range of motion in a progressive manner. This leads to an increased range of motion around the joint, warming up of the muscle around the joint and improve circulation around the joint. Think of high knees or butt kicks.

  6. It’s magical how the universe gives you what you need (or I this case YouTube serves the yoga class you need), as I overstretched my leg trying to join my daughter doing handstands. Your classes are always wonderful and good to follow without looking at the screen all the time.
I would have benefitted from a little more warm-up for this one though. (which I realise was probably the reason I pulled the muscle doing handstands!)
    Namaste!
