hi your working not so good with your back , its not helthy. you need to connect between the upper belly and lower belly toword inside whan you do extentions. and not outside as you do now

Not a lot of things bring me more joy than coming back to her workouts and having to only break 3 times instead of 7 😂 after falling out of my routines for whole 2 years completely I feel weak as hell but Juliana’s workouts and flows are the only thing that keeps me motivated to be consistent and become stronger day by day 🥹💜🧘♀️🦋

When i searched the workout I thought that I would feel quite bad after because it would be pretty light as it is yoga based, oh boy, how wrong I was…
oh my goodness this was the BEST flow ive ever done. my body has been screaming at me to move and stretch for days but the stresses of life have made me ignore it. i finally listened and this was AMAZING. your flows never cease to inspire me <3
