Welcome to your 20 min morning yoga flow. This class is great for all levels and focuses on helping you start your day in a mindful way with a full body sequence of poses to stretch, strengthen and centre.

Today’s class includes a steady vinyasa flow with hip openers, backbends and standing balances. It’s designed to help you feel like you’ve given your body everything it needs to have a great day. I also include lots of options for the more difficult positions so that you can make the practice your own.

  2. Just googled your yoga classes…love it…. effective practice, easy to follow , feels like entire body is working….subscribed. Please let me know what you have for shoulder, neck, head. I work with PC a lot, feel like hands getting numb quite often therefor i need good stretch for my neck/shoulders…thank you Elena

  3. You did it very nice but this is not totally Yog. India gave Yog to the world and In Yog there are many Aasan like shirshasan, sarvangasan, pashchimottasan and many more, and before start yog we do warm up. And guys Pranayam is also great for our body. Thank you so much 🇮🇳

  4. 11:10 wrong position. I just started to document myself on different asanas following indian teachers and they specifically warn that keeping the arms in such way is wrong. Who knows how many other mistakes there are in this “well marketed” video. Popularity does not equal quality.

  5. I was a yoga teacher for many years in my younger years and kept yoga in my life and now coming back to it more fully in my life again. And I can say you are a brilliant, intuitive gifted yoga teacher. That was such a balanced and rejuvenating routine! My heart is open to appreciation to you ♥️♥️♥️♥️
