Dude I'm stressed about having stress
I loved this- i havent done yoga in like a year due to my mental health. Now that i have improved alot, I decided to give yoga another shot to help out my physical health alot- and this really helped me. Not only with stress relief- but my joints popped about a million times while following this 😂 i needed this, thank you! ❤🙏
