  1. Hello, I have been doing your lower back routines for a while now, but recently been diagnosided with Sacroiliac joint pain. Can you please do a routine for that? I need your help to follow a routine with you guys. Thank you so much.

  2. Thank you @HASfit!!! Sciatica is no joke! My pain comes and goes but 2 weeks back it was so bad that I couldn’t get up from my bed. I watched through several yt videos, started with those instant relief stretches which was very helpful to manage the pain. After a day, I found this video and have been doing it once every day. The pain went down from a 9 to 3 and I can feel my legs getting stronger.

    A tip to those trying this out : I did this on a nice thick yoga mat and it flared up my sciatica. Turns out if I do it on my firm mattress then its much much better for my back.

  3. I have Saciatic pain for over 3 wks. Saw my PCP she provided me with medication one to take at night one in the morning. She showed me few exercises to do but my Son found the video on Utube and since them my pain as disminish. I do these exercises every day and now i am feeling and walking much better…Thank you for all you do to help the Saciatic community. 🎉🎉🎉🎉❤

This video really helped me, no more sciatica pain although lately it has been very irritating to use the video there are commercials every few minutes during the workout at one time I would let the commercials run for a while without skipping any before the video started and there would be no commercials during the exercise. It would be nice if this could be brought back
