  1. I come back to this video weekly after my pickup basketball games. I used to get such back pain the next morning after playing. But since I’ve been doing these stretches after my games, I’ve been perfectly normal the next morning /day 😃😃 Thank you!!

  3. As someone who suffers a lot with lower back pain (so much so that I can't even sit with my legs out in front of me let alone fold forward) I found this video a little too challenging. Would love to see a really really easy back routine for people who suffer with chronic pain.
