  1. I need to find a space in my house to do my praceach morning away from my family. I keep trying to wake up earlier and earlier so they arent awake yet but my husband keeps getting up too and being noisy and its not helpful

  2. Dear Sarabeth, this video brought me to such an emotional release, incredible deep pain and anxiety and sorrow finally showed up as the other side of the coin was cleared. I have been a fan since the early stage of the pandemic, as replacement during the lockdowns for my beloved yoga school…finally, this video wrapped up 4 years of covid sh*t and I finally cried for the closure of this horrific period where I lost close contact to my family members…now, relationships start to heal again….and I am so greatful for that 🙏. Thank you ❤ of being a great support to humanity in very, very stressful and traumatic times. Thank you, Mari from The Netherlands.

  7. Thank you for this, Sarah Beth. What you said about the other side of the coin was so helpful. That's a tricky message to convey because it can come across as dismissive of pain or somehow too pat, like "everything happens for a reason! 😊" But the way you described it, the other side of the coin is something that's just there, a dialectic that's as inevitable as dark with light or morning with night. I appreciate all the videos you share.

  8. This is the yoga session I didn't know I needed until I did it. I go for a 20minute walk and then come home and do a Sarah Beth session, I don't usually do the slower workouts, but clicked on this one this morning and it was a little gem for me. Lots of stress in our family ATM, and this hit the calm spot. Thank you, I was meant to do this one today.
