  1. I would've expected physiotherapists' to advocate for pilates NOT yoga🤦‍♀️ not only is it a spiritual practice of hindus but it has been appropriated by westerners… I expected better🤢😔

  2. So disappointed to see this on the channel. At least half of these will cause lower back pain. As so many other yoga “teachers” she seems to have no compunction or compassion about urging compromised individuals to do things that will hurt them even more.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

  3. I’m at the doctor’s office right now to have a pain shot injection. I will do this practice. I have already modified my yoga practice to not aggravate the back pain I have. The L5 is compressed with a tear along with sciatic and spinal stenosis.

  4. Due to sciatica over a month the pain was severe for a week.. then for last 1 week(only 15% pain) i am trying the stretches and walk daily.. but now i skipped all those excercise and walk for last 2 days and i am feeling better(no more nurve irritation and pain).. so its really confusing me what should i do now??
As in sciatica streches and walk is most important.. please help me out this.. Been very grateful to both of you 👍

  5. Should i work out my spine despite pain? My doctor said yes, take painkiller and train everyday min 30 min + swim once a week. My case is stenosis. Is one 30 min training optimal? i hear most optimal training for muscles is working out 2 times per day, early morning and afternoon. Last question – how often and how hard should i work back and belly for maximum growth and what diet back and belly needs?
