  1. I’m so happy to find Sarah Beth on YouTube. I have her 20 min DVDs set. This is easier for me to do yoga with her on my phone. Her sessions reduce lots of tension in my body. I loved this session.

  3. I’ve been getting such terrible headaches- no OTC medication has been helping. This quite literally took my headache away almost immediately the other day. Today, I used it for anxiety, and same thing- I’m am no longer anxious in this moment. Will definitely be using this practice again very soon. Thanks so much.

  5. I love this 🤍 I’m recovering from long covid – have been bed bound and currently housebound and trying to find yoga suitable for sitting down/ not too vigorous but still restorative has been hard. But this ticked all the boxes and was so incredible. Thank you!
