Is headstand good for pregnant women?
I’m in my 3rd trimester and found some of these moves didn’t feel good so I skipped through, I think space for the bump needs to be factored in a bit more.

I found a lot of these positions uncomfy and painful while pregnant. I'm a small woman too. I guess I need a more gentle flow style of yoga.
I'm exactly 19 weeks today: I commented on another video during my first trimester that this is, technically, my second pregnancy, but the longest so far. My first one ended in tragedy just a little over one month in last year. I was mourning the loss on the day that my baby would have been born (Feb 8th) when two days later, I found out I was pregnant again. I was so excited, but worried that it would be just like last time, so I took some time off work since it's considered high risk with me only having one kidney. I'm still nervous going into week 20, but definitely happier because I've come so far with this one (it's a little girl)!! Thank you so much for all your yoga workout videos! They help me and encourage me! ❤

I was feeling so lonely today I just found out I’m pregnant with my 3rd child last night! It’s the first child between my husband and myself , the other 2 were with a previous boyfriend… im a recovering addict who due to choices I made… the other 2 live with my parents! This is such a new beginning for me , my husband and this child and im so blessed beyond measure but I find myself longing for my other 2 children more , feelings guilty over the past, feelings guilty and happy for wanting to do the things for this baby I didnt do with my others, and then wondering will they feel bad if I do more for this child…and I’ve worked so hard the past few years to get where im at now and im just overwhelmed with thoughts, worries, concerns and happiness too!Also: hopefully before next year I’ll have all my children back with me(please everyone send good vibes and prayers for that) this video really helped especially the special message… any mom who can shoot a little support my way? Please just kind words ❤
