  1. Hello ma'am, thank you for your hard work. I started to do this yoga from today, and I noticed a small mistake, or should I say missed… at the end, shrvasana is missing ma'am as you may know it must be done at the end of yoga to feel the connection between the mind and the body and to gain the benefits of yoga which we do…
    Sorry if I'm rude or made you offended ma'am…
