Can we do this if we have spinal problems and low back arthritis
always wanted to try yoga, just finished the workout and though it was intense for my body i felt really good after these 14 minutes, i will try to do it more often
I think this yoga is very difficult to follow and the instructions aren’t overly clear. I completely lost patience after about halfway due to no description on how to actually perform these poses.
Can we do it at night ?
