This 15-minute prenatal yoga flow focuses on opening the pelvis and hips, encouraging baby to get into the optimal position for birth, and lengthening and strengthening the pelvic floor and hamstrings. Quick and easy enough to do everyday! Perfect for the third trimester but suitable for the first and second trimester, too.

Is that safe for the second trimester? I am 25 weeks now and I have pain in my ligaments I can’t even lift my legs everything hurt
This is my favorite practice I've done so far this pregnancy. All the stretches felt amazing and the poses have me feeling really strong. Great start to my day!
This video really helped me a lot. This was my routine eveyday in my third trimester.
This was too fast. You moved into positions with 0 time, especially for pregnant women
Is it safe for 39weeks
Hi 😊
I’m 39 week now what a relaxing yoga ❤
Please pray for my safe and natural birth I’m very confused 😮
Great exercise. Way too fast. Needed to watch on 0.5 play back. Go slower. It’s yoga! Thk u 🩷
Nice and interesting
There's actually special exercises designed for having labour at home and make the process all natural. For this exceptional achievement you need start practicing in you first month or even before planning.
When should I start doing this??
Miss doing these movements without pain in my wrists. This pregnancy carpal tunnel is no joke.
This really helped. Thank you
Is the last pose lying down on the back really safe?
I love this ❤so relaxing, not at all ott. Very calm and soothing
Thank you for creating this video! Going in to the hospital tomorrow and so glad I did this exercise video the past few weeks!
