Hi everyone, thanks for joining me. I’m going to take you through this 15 minute hatha yoga class for flexibility and stress relief. This is a gentle soothing yoga class to help you relax and stretch your body, great for all experience levels. No props are required. We’ll finish our class together with a few rounds of Box Breath – Sama Vritti Pranayama.

This can be a therapeutic yoga class to do when you’re experiencing anxiety and want to ground yourself. We’ll start with a bit of mindful breathing before going into our yoga poses. Enjoy!

Thank you for this ❤ I have been doing yoga since childhood..but I stopped after giving birth and it's been 3 years, I was hesitant to start again thinking that my body cannot do what it did before.. I just started yesterday and am already feeling amazing ❤️ This is one is too good to start after a really long break.. and it's great for beginners..

  2. I am a Mom with a medical needs kiddo. My cortisol was so bad it has eaten away at my muscles. I am a beginner and this was my first try. It was great. Thank you. My range of motion, joints and hips are very tight. This was all I could do today. Thanks for the short videos that aren’t overwhelming. 😊

  3. omg! it was totally calming especially when it neared the end of the session! i didn't think it would regulate my nervous system that quickly. just had a caffeine rush earlier a bit so maybe that's why it's like that. my thoughts were a bit scattered when i started. thanks!
