Hi everyone, thank you for joining me in this short morning yoga flow. In just 15 minutes I’ll guide you through some simple poses that will stretch your lower back as well as gently engage your core in order to maintain low back health. If you spend a lot of time sitting during the day, this is a wonderful routine to do on a regular basis! We will have a few stretches for the hips as well.

This class is suitable for beginners and no props are required.
