Whether you definitely plan to shop the Black Friday sales or simply intend to peruse the possibilities, the biggest sale day of the year has already begun to make its annual rounds. And, not surprisingly, many yoga and spiritual brands are offering discounts on apparel, mats, and more—along with an encouragement to shop mindfully and with intention. Below, we divulge some of our fave brands participating in this year’s Black Friday sales, along with the items we’ll be clicking on throughout the week.

These go-to practice staples are available for less while supplies last.
1. Athleta
Athleta’s Black Friday has already begun—at least on the app. For those waiting until the day of, the same 30 percent discount will be available online and in stores. Some of our favorites, including the Salutation Stash High-Rise Legging, are discounted.

Amazon is always a hub for deals and discounts, and Black Friday is certainly no exception. Considering that virtually every brand has a presence on the site, shopping this sale is pretty much plug-and-play.
