  2. Whenever I experience a new bout of lower back pain it often takes a bit of trial and error before I find the right movements to get some relief. This time around, it was this video that did the trick. I walked without pain today for the first time in days! With thanks.

  4. I had the worst sciatica flair up ever last night. I was close to tears. I am 67 years old and suffer from stenosis and herniated disks in lower spine. this wall exercise has proved useful in the past. I found your you tube this AM. After relaxing with some THC oil ( first time in years) I was finally able to move enough to follow this video. Ah sweet relief. your energy and the vibe of this vid is healing. thank you.
