This was the 4th or 5th YouTube video I had come to trying to find stretches/poses/exercises that didn’t hurt so much that I couldn’t perform them, and I’m leaving your video quite literally crying from relief. I have stage IV endometriosis and my hips and lower back can get unbearably tight & sensitive to the touch. Your reminders of doing what feels good, not encouraging pushing your body beyond comfortability, and the suggested variations & aids was a type of support I didn’t realize I needed in my practice. I was able to finally relax and focus on how to get the best relief for my body without feeling so self-conscious about my lack of flexibility and muscle strength. You are a gentle & wonderful teacher! ❤️

  3. Your videos are a lifesaver. I hurt my bach a couple of weeks ago and my hips have also been in so much pain. This week I have tried a couple of your videos in the morning and at night. I've slowly gotten better and this is the first night in a long time I'm going to bed without any pain. I also love how short they are. It's easy to convince myself to do 10 or 15 minutes of yoga in the mornings. Thank you so much!

  7. Two days of doing yoga twice a day with your videos.
    Day 1 session 1: CHILD POSE hurt. It used to be my favourite but damn I'm so fat and stiff now, I couldn't even breathe.
    Day 2 session 4: hips finally opened so I had space to breathe during child pose and felt good again. 👍 Awesome work.

  9. when you first did the pigeon pose, I almost laughed cause I thought there was no way my body could bend like that. but I went ahead and tried. I did it! My only thought was "my body is amazing!" thank you for this ☺️
