  1. I remember when I first started yoga I thought that poses like Crow and Wheel were the truly challenging aspects of practice; now I know it is holding your attention and focus on your breath throughout. This is an excellent reminder of that even if you are a seasoned yogi(ni). Namaste 🙏🏻

  2. I don't feel like this is truly for beginners. Not only do you move really fast, you tend to talk through the 'quiet moments', and you don't explain what you mean by things like 'lift from the pelvic floor' or 'stack the bones'. 🤷‍♀️ That's not something everyone knows the meaning of or how to engage. I don't want to have to look up other videos or definitions to understand something meant for beginners (that probably don't know the lingo).

That being said the attempt is appreciated; thought I'd give this a try as I've been having a lot of chronic pain from sitting too much for work and not having a good core/wanting to build uo my balance and flexibility.

  3. Your content is great 😊 for people who needed to slow down from intense cardio, one of a sudden 🙄😂; about seven months ago I found your content being a blessing. Thank you 🙏 so much! ❤

  4. Omgosh this is exactly what I'd thought it be and EXACTLY what I need! That was very fun. When will the hurt stop? So it hurts when I sit cross-legged, my muscles got kinda jumpy, and I felt like I was pushing my ankles into the floors? Never feeling like my legs or relaxed in general. I am 5"8 with the worst posture ever from slumping over a computer my whole life and being small chested. In time, the hurt will subside and posture will improve correct? I didn't have a problem focusing on my breathing, but I didn't feel like I got great stretch for very long. Starting out, how many times a day would we do these short exercises, and how often daily is a good regime?
    kinda long comment
I am almost 43 and have realized, hey, I don't have any hobbies, any routines, and have certainly never had time to "exercise," like join a gym or take meaningful time out side without littles. I an a nurse of 16 years, now in a graduate program. I also have severe arthritis in my right hip from travel nursing without cruz control 🙄.I've always known I've needed to incorporate something, but how do you do that as a full time nurse, student, and single mother. So I've had some time off, I'm also redecorating my house; with that yoga popped into my head and what never seemed like something I wanted to try, now I'm set on designing my dining room space large enough for my desk(including art station for mini and I'd like to start painting,) dining set, our art area and yoga area. I plan to incorporate this daily with my preschooler so she can benefit from this WAY earlier than I will to lead a healthier lifestyle. Thank you so much! I did this while our "sleep muisc" was still on. I was going to wait for everything to be set up and our mats but why? I just jumped right in today. I don't ever subscribe to anything, but I will most definitely subscribe to you and you'll become our mentor, and staple in our house! My chest feels nice and open but i can definitely tell where I stretched..How do you recommend starting this and and additional stretching or exercises necessary? Thanks again!

  5. Adrian I'm sure your heart is pure as it beats omg . I never know it wasn't mine until today because while doing yoga with you suddenly my puppy started to bark at something and I need to give my attention to him thn I thought what happened to my heart it stopped, I didn't figure it out yesterday today I played again this vedio then I concentrate on your voice yes it's not my heart it's my Adrian heart do anyone noticed it that you have a great heart 💖💖💖

  6. The last months were pretty rough for me, quitting the school where I wanted to learn to become a kindergartener cause I finally realized after years that I had to do something for my mental health. I signed myself up for a clinic where I stayed for 6 weeks. I got diagnosed with depression and got told that I might have ADHD. Since then I had no job and the only reason I don’t have to live with my parents (my mom is sweet, my father’s the problem) is because I can stay with a friend that doesn’t expect rent from me. I got diagnosed with a psychological disorder and had and have to do a lot of paperwork what’s been really exhausting lately. So I’ve had depression since my childhood and now I’m sitting in my room all day long watching videos cause I don’t even have the strength nor motivation for all the hobbies I used to have. I just bought a yoga mat for something else but since I had it on the floor all the time so the plastic smell could become less I somehow wanted to do something with it.

Long story short with the help of your video I finally moved my body again and not just the walk to the supermarket or the stairs to our flat. It felt good to get out of bed again and I hope I can do this little routine again tomorrow. Thank you❤

  7. The hardest part is showing up made me cry! I am battling anxiety right now and the little reassurance that no matter how much anything hurts, I made a positive step forward, and that’s the only thing that matters really really helps. Thank you and Namaste!

  8. Thank you. I always thought this was for tall slim females. As a guy, I enjoyed this. I learnt I'm quite unnatural with this form and intense. I'll be sure to use this video 3 times a week thank you once again I appreciate your session and video ✌️

  9. Thanks Adrienne.

I have been working with my wife doing a basic yoga program on her iPad. She’s off babysitting our grandson down the coast so she said go to YouTube and watch a beginner yoga program. This is a bit too simple but it’s great to start with.

I’m so pleased I found you.

  10. Hi! I really liked this video, it was my first practise. I would like to continue, but I'm not sure of what other sessions would be suitable to be done next. Is there a playlist for beginners that I may follow? Thank you very much 🙂

  11. I'm very new to this. I'm going through an incredibly hard time, but every evening after I've had a few drinks I sit with the back doors open, meditation music on and do this routine to help me find peace before I sleep. I'm so grateful to have this and am working towards the alcohol being gone and retaining this routine. Sending love to all those struggling right now ️
