  2. I had a sucide attempt last year and ever since i have been so anxious, depressed and scared all the time. Of death ironically. My mantra was healing. The flow of bowing down into my self and sheilding my self to flowing outward conpletely vunarable, strong, and taking up space was nothing like i have felt before. This wasnt like any other yoga i have practiced. Thank you

  4. I am a beginner in yoga and really wanted to do it with the intention of releasing trauma stored up in my body. I just repeated these instructions 3x and my body feels really good. I am looking forward to the changes I will experience as I keep practicing.

  5. Thank you so much for this video Sarah Beth! Did it again today after recent traumatic events. I thought I was doing ok but I was in tears after a minute… guess I can deny my feelings off the mat, but not on the mat🙃 feeling much better now though, so thank you again❤

  6. Dang. Sara Beth is the truth ✨. In the last child's pose, I felt my energy swirling around in my upper back. It felt so warm and flowy. I have idiopathic scoliosis so I deal with a lot of muscle tension. I recently learned that it may have been caused by trauma, so this is super helpful. Thank you!

  7. Thank you for this 🩷 It’s just sad that I can’t do forward fold anymore because I have backbone problems. So I just do half fold instead. Can we do a practice where there are no forward folds? Thank you so much 🩷

  8. Hi Sarah I've been doing this one for a while now and every time I do a plank my right wrist hurts so much, I believe I'm don't correctly with wide fingers gripping into the mat, I was wondering what you would suggest? I don't want to have to stop doing the planks. Love and peace as always 🌻

  9. I've been feeling riddled with anxiety and sadness today and I just wanted something to get all of those negative emotions out of my system. My mantra for this practice was 'release' and I feel a lot better after finishing this flow. Thank you for sharing this <3
