  2. Hey! This is a great video. I am so grateful that you are able to provide this free resource by utilizing ads. A lot of people forget that you used to have to pay to have access to stretch routines like this! I am in my third trimester and have been doing this daily and feel so great afterwards.

    I modify the frog pose to a yogi squat instead because it’s better on my hips and knees. I find it to be a similar purpose but a little easier if anyone wants to do this instead!

    I appreciate you taking the time to share this. It is obvious that you really thought about what stretches would be good for this phase and I can definitely tell in my body.
