  3. Hi joelle, thanks for this great practice. I have a question though, if I am doing a gate pose (Parighasana) I get bad cramps on the side of my hips, is this sequence also good for countering that?

  4. Have been struggling with siotica pain. To now it's bursitis if the hip from compensating for the siotica so that's what my physio says. Tried chiropractor when I had the pain of my siotica. Then massage therapy. Now physiotherapy for it. For him to say I now have bursitis and is doing acupuncture for it that makes me so sore for a week. I've been in pain since March and it's now Nov. I don't know what else to try I'm thinking of trying osteopath. Has anyone tried that? I've just started this video hopefully it helps.

  5. I've had hip pain for over a year now. Just recently diagnosed with hip bursitis, tendinosis, and a bruised labrum. Already doing PT, acupuncture, and massage, but this is a great supplement as I pursue health and wholeness so I can return to cycling.

  6. I’m not sure if I ever told you that I used to have a long term chronic hip pain which I thought I’ll have to live with for the rest of my life! Luckily, I found this video and started doing it daily to relieve my hip pain. Six months later, I just realized that my chronic hip pain was practically gone. I’ve continued to practice with you daily since! It’s been almost 4 yrs since that fateful day, thanks so much Joelle! I enjoyed practicing it today, it doesn’t get old 😊

  7. My hips hurts a lot when I move my legs bc I pushed myself a lot during my race today ty, it was really hard to put my legs up and it hurt a lot but I hope I get better 😢
