When i do the exercise at 5:30, when I roll foreword in the circle it hurts. It sends a shooting pain through my left side near my spine in my upper back and it also hurts behind my knees. Is that just because I’m tight somewhere? Thank you for your videos! I love them so much! I do them everyday! 😁 btw I’m a 24yo female!
