  1. I found this video accidentally after a yoga for anxiety practice. I was feeling extremely anxious but I decided to try it and move my body a bit.   3. When i do the exercise at 5:30, when I roll foreword in the circle it hurts. It sends a shooting pain through my left side near my spine in my upper back and it also hurts behind my knees. Is that just because I’m tight somewhere? Thank you for your videos! I love them so much! I do them everyday! 😁 btw I’m a 24yo female!

  4. I came across your channel 9/3/22. I’ve been dealing with Fibromyalgia since 2009. Along with Dr. Berg’s IF/Keto, I am feeling better than I have in such a long time. Since I started your videos, I think I have missed a max of 10 days. I was in a rear ended car accident and then a fall. Your videos are amazing. I have learned so much!
