This has been a godsend – I used to do intense workouts but the first trimester has been so rough, these workouts have been a great reminder that I have to know my limits but I can still get some focused movement time. These were really hard to do with a big second trimester belly
I read a few articles that said twisting stretches like the Glute Spinal Twist aren’t safe during pregnancy. Is this true?

Idk if it’s my extremely weak core or what but the clam exercises and the side forearm planks were impossible to do. Can you provide alternatives for those please?
