  1. I'm in my second trimester and I haven't practiced yoga since about 6 weeks when morning sickness came on. Some days I have energy, today that was not the case but I wanted to do something to get my body moving. It was a crazy experience because before getting pregnant I was all about power vinyasa and now today I found myself struggling and huffing and puffing through the whole 11 minutes.

  2. Thanks for doing these videos. I have watched your videos all throughout my pregnancy. I love doing the yoga videos at night and your prenatal exercises in the mornings. I’ve never been consistent with exercising during pregnancy until this one, and your channel has made it so easy for me to find something that works for whatever stage I’m in. I’ve got one month left of this pregnancy and I’m so grateful that I feel strong and relaxed and prepared for birth! Keep posting more!❤

  3. This was great thank you! I have a lot of pressure in my pelvic floor and doing my kengel exercises to help but I feel all of that lower region could do with a good stretch. I'm in my late 2nd trimester if that helps. Have you got a video on this that you could direct me to? <3

  4. Namaste to you and your babies and thanks so much for making my pregnancy more peaceful and comfortable <3 almost 32 weeks and feeling grateful (if very uncomfy at times) – and its always better after some yoga with you, Jessica!

  5. I had such a long exhausting day and just wanted to stretch and relax a bit without pushing myself to the edge—this was truly perfect for that, Youre work has been such a gift to me during my third trimester. Thank you.

  6. I’m 18 weeks with our first child and I’m so happy that I’ve found your channel. This was a great finisher after my workout today. My husband actually joined me in this quick routine. So grateful!
