  1. Been an avid sarahbethyoga follower for years now, and im 19 weeks pregnant with my first! So thankful this is here for me to slowly get back into my practice after a non-active first trimester

  2. The exercises that you are doing are not pregnancy friendly (perhaps only in first trimester), sadly. I see a lot of coning/doming in your movement. It can make ab separation worse, so you should be careful.

  3. Sarah you are a life saver (as always). I've done your videos for years but I'm now 3.5 months pregnant with my first baby and struggling to be active due to nausea, tiredness, lack of time and generally struggling. But this ten minute video is totally doable and really helpful! I will be trying all your prenatal videos for sure! Thank you so much for your awesome work.

  4. Did this yoga in preg… and when my daughter born, she born with a yoga insticnt, she started practicing the pose Sarah gives on 1:39… and always fells off her bed doing it… my family members were wondering by saying, we never saw any such baby before…. where'd she got it. 😅

  5. 29 weeks pregnant with twins and I do this routine every morning to get those sore muscles going! It works wonders. The downward facing dog and the needle stretching feels a bit too much but then I'm not forcing those two. Definitely recommended!

  6. I did this everyday from 15 weeks pregnant and I am CONVINCED this is the reason my labour was so quick. I was in labour for only 6 hours from beginning to end (I went into established labour straight away). It was my first baby too, I'm going to this again to prepare for baby number 2

Edit: i just found out I'm pregnant with baby number 2 🥳👏🌈😁 due in March of 2025. Been trying for months

  7. You are the reason I learnt how to enjoy yoga Sera, thank you so much ! I have just begun my third trimester and I've only now begun to do a little yoga – this video perks up my energy levels, makes my mood better and helps me enjoy my day – Thank you so much! Love Sonia 💖

  8. I just found out I was pregnant I’m only 5 weeks but the way my body aches is unreal I also have an abdominal hernia that is at the top of my stomach where my bra would start. That is most likely adding to the aches. This video while short is giving me everything I need and my body feels amazing afterwards. I plan to do this video every night through my first trimester and then try the longer one in my second trimester. Thank you sooooo much ❤

  9. Thanks you so much!!! I'm 14 weeks and during first weeks I can't workout. Now I'm ok, but finding good workout for pregnant it's hard. So I found you!! And it's gave me a lot of motivation

  10. Hi Sarah Beth. I have been doing your prenatal workouts for my entire pregnancy. I am 30 weeks and am preparing my playlist for delivery. Do you have a list of songs that you use in these videos that I could use in my playlist?❤

  11. The aches and pains that come with pregnancy have made me miserable in my second trimester. Tried this and felt relief in places I didn't even know hurt! Going to make this a daily routine. Amazing.

  12. 5 months pregnant and really couldn’t be bothered doing this but so so glad I did. Feel truly restored and will add this to my daily routine as it’s a great way to start the day and also felt it calm my anxiety. Thank you ❤

  13. This was gorgeous! Just woke up and wanted to stretch and I could follow your instructions still with my eyes closed! Very relaxing but still feel good and stretched out. Thank you!
