  1. Hi there! I am 16 weeks pregnant with my first. I have searched and searched for a video that works for me and this one I found to be amazing! Thank you so much for what you do. I feel so much better after just the one ten minute stretch. I will continue to do this and also check out your other videos.

  2. 32 weeks and your videos are some of the only movement I am getting. Pregnancy 4 has been rough with having Hyperemesis and my body is a lot stiffer than it used to be too. The 10-15 minute videos help so much with feeling like I’m at least getting some form of movement in 💗

  3. Only 6 weeks but feeling very tight and achey in the lower back – having lots of naps and feeling sluggish. I don't want to return to my aggressive cardio I used to do at the gym so this is perfect for me to feel like I'm moving, along with some autumn walks 🍁. Thank you!

  4. I enjoy your prenatal yoga videos! I’m 35 weeks and my body is not as limber as it was earlier in my pregnancy. It’s great to be able to stretch it out. I will say it takes me quite a bit longer to get into the poses and I have to pause the video for each transition. All the wiggles and stretches feel good though, and I know they help me create more space for my baby!

  5. This was great and exactly what I needed this morning, I expect to use it again and again. I am also a yoga instructor and have been teaching pretty intense classes up to this point (wk 32) but really starting to feel the physicality, especially in the morning. Thank you for the gooey stretches this morning 🙏
