This is exactly what I needed today
Luv you always.. this one is delightful however you suggested a chair is ok at the beginning but it was difficult to stay in the chair..
I have been several months in recovery from a bad humerous fracture and surgery, and really needed this practice this morning, very grateful.
Aaaahhh! When one doesn’t know that one NEEDS that particular pose or even the whole practice, the body responds by yielding in such a delightful way. Thank you.
