I’ll walk you through some deep delicious stretches like turtle, seated pigeon, and low lunge with a prayer twist. Respect and honor the limitations of the body in the morning, noting that it is perfectly normal to be a bit tighter when you first get out of bed.

Enjoying it a lot so far and helps with my days 😊. Make the slow can be a bit slower, sometimes I feel rushed and I learned to combine deed breath with movement and feel mentally and physically much more in peace after a slow flow yoga session 🧘🏼♀️. #morningyoga
