    Your videos are varied and this 30 day yoga challenge means that each day's video is in my email and I can just hit 'play' and I don't have to select from my saved videos; a life saver first thing in the morning!
    After switching to doing your yoga videos in the morning instead of barre or pilates, I've noticed that I'm more calm and focused each day to the benefit of those I love. Thank you and God bless,

  3. I am grateful to you for this morning practice. But, please remove "YOU ARE NOT DONE YET" from all these videos. It is extremely jarring at the end of a blissful practice.
