  4. I’m coming up on 40 and starting to see the little drop in the jawline and starting to see fine line so I figured I’d try face yoga. Makes so much sense you tone your body by using muscles same with your face. But I did not expect this to be so relaxing and enjoyable! I want to do it every day and I’m looking forward to the results thanks❤

You mentioned lymphatic drainage, which is awesome, but I feel like for the full benefits of lymphatic drainage to be achieved, the first thing should be to open the "lymph gates" at the collar bone and work your way up the neck and face so that the lymph fluid will be draining out more effectively and not compacting in the neck area where so many lymph nodes are. New to your channel so I may have missed where you included this info in a previous video. I did enjoy the video and the information! Will definitely be incorporating this.🙂
