All my overweight friend…2 months of clean and healthy eating habits + 3 days/week weight training + 2 days/week cardio + 2 days/week Yoga from this video… My weight came down from 101 to 88.3 today…my fitness journey continues…my advice to you all is 'Please don't give up and try to be disciplined rather than motivated'… I hope you also find your goals achieved…👍🏻
